Just watched Team USA beat Canada for Olympic gold in overtime, and I’m still buzzing.

That overtime winner from Jack Hughes was the kind of moment you remember where you were for. And the USA goalie (Connor Hellebuyck) was unreal. Calm. Locked in. Brick wall when it mattered.

But here’s what hit me hardest: the flags, the chants, the pure joy in the building. For a few minutes, none of us were “teams” in the political sense. We were just… Americans. Proud, loud, grateful, connected.

You can dislike a president. You can argue policy. You can be Republican, Democrat, independent, or completely fed up with all of it.

But this? This is the reminder:

We still share a country.
We still share an identity.
And when we show up for each other, we’re hard to beat.

Congrats, Team USA. Thank you for the jolt of unity we all needed. 🇺🇸🏒🥇
